At Exotic Packs, we take pride in delivering high quality packaging products. Please review our refund policy carefully before placing an order.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of packaging products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been processed and shipped.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you must provide
Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect items
Your order number
Once verified, we will issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Order Processing and Shipping
Orders placed before 5 PM are processed and shipped the same day.
Orders placed after 5 PM will be processed the next business day.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.
Non Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds for
Buyer remorse
Incorrect size selection
Delays caused by carriers
Orders returned due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
Lost or Stolen Packages
Exotic Packs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. We recommend shipping to a secure location.
